Your Shipyu Wallet is the payment method for labels and shipment protection.
Overview
The Shipyu Wallet is a prepaid balance used to purchase shipping labels and shipment protection. It functions like a store credit system — deposit funds, then spend them instantly without re-entering payment details each time.
Your wallet displays two balances:
- Available — funds ready to spend
- Pending — deposits that are processing (ACH transfers may take 1–2 business days)
Deposit Methods

Minimum deposit: $25. Maximum per deposit: $10,000. Maximum wallet balance: $50,000.
What It Covers
Your wallet balance is used for:
- Shipping labels — carrier rate + Shipyu fee deducted at purchase
- Shipment protection — insurance premium deducted when adding protection
Subscription payments (Starter, Growth plans) are handled separately through Stripe and are not deducted from your wallet.
