What Does “Accepted” Mean?
Accepted means the carrier has physically received and scanned your package. It's now in their possession and will begin transit toward the destination.
Accepted confirmation indicates successful handoff from shipper to carrier. The package should begin moving through the network with subsequent In Transit updates.
Common Scenarios
Shows Accepted but no further updates — Package may be awaiting processing at origin facility. Allow 24 hours for movement.
When to Escalate
- Accepted status with no movement for 48+ hours
