Where to Find Your Tracking Number

1

Shipping Confirmation Email

When your order ships, the seller sends a confirmation email containing the tracking number. Search your inbox for 'shipping confirmation' or 'your order has shipped'.

2

Order Page on Merchant Website

Log into the website where you made your purchase. Go to 'Order History' or 'My Orders' to find tracking information for shipped items.

3

Shopify Store Order Confirmation

If you purchased from a Shopify store, check your order confirmation email or the order status page link provided by the seller.

4

Shipping Label (If You're Sending)

If you're the shipper, the tracking number is printed on the shipping label, usually as both a barcode and text below it.

5

Shipping Receipt

If you shipped from a carrier location or drop-off point, the tracking number is on your receipt.

Tips for Finding Tracking Numbers

  • Search your email for keywords like “shipped”, “tracking”, or “on its way” to find shipping notifications.
  • Check spam/junk folders — shipping confirmation emails sometimes get filtered.
  • Contact the seller if you can't find your tracking number. They can resend the shipping confirmation or provide tracking details.
  • Allow 24 hours after receiving a tracking number before checking — carriers need time to scan the package into their system.
